5. Payments

Payments for services rendered are due as outlined in the contract. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by South Dakota State law. Dakota Small Jobs reserves the right to suspend work or terminate the contract if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed terms.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

7. Permits and Regulations

Dakota Small Jobs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the specific project in question.

9. Warranties

Dakota Small Jobs provides a one year warranty on labor and workmanship from the date of project completion. Any materials used will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by factors outside of our control.
